The Celijia Dual Weighing System combines load cells with power-analysis-based weighing to provide dual-redundant overload protection. By leveraging two independent weighing principles, the system compensates for load-cell zero drift while maintaining accurate detection of load distribution, delivering stable, reliable, and accurate weight measurements for long-term operation and enhanced system safety.

The Celijia Dual Weighing System is designed to integrate load-cell weighing data and intelligent power-analysis weighing data into a unified calculation platform, enabling cross-validation and fusion of both data sources to output more accurate and reliable weight measurements.

The system can automatically perform zero-offset compensation based on current and voltage characteristic curves, effectively addressing the zero-drift issues commonly observed in conventional load sensors. This approach significantly reduces false alarms and lowers the cost of manual calibration and maintenance.
Continuously monitors left–right and front–rear weight distribution of the container, detects unbalanced loads, and triggers alarms or protective actions to enhance the safety of lifting operations.
Quickly identifies minor obstructions or initial-stage hang-up conditions between the spreader and the container. The system triggers protective actions to prevent continued lifting that could cause structural damage or safety incidents.
Provides overload settings, real-time display, and protection functions for total weight and single-rope/single-side weight. Multiple alarm and protection thresholds can be configured according to specific port equipment requirements.
The system includes reserved expansion interfaces and can be upgraded into a full equipment management platform, enabling advanced health monitoring and predictive maintenance, including:
