CELIJIA DUAL WEIGHTING SYSTEM

 The Celijia Dual Weighing System combines load cells with power-analysis-based weighing to provide dual-redundant overload protection.  The Celijia Dual Weighing System is designed to integrate load-cell weighing data and intelligent power-analysis weighing data into a unified calculation platform, enabling cross-validation and fusion of both data sources to output more accurate and reliable weight measurements.

Automatic Sensor Calibration

The system can automatically perform zero-offset compensation based on current and voltage characteristic curves, effectively addressing the zero-drift issues commonly observed in conventional load sensors. This approach significantly reduces false alarms and lowers the cost of manual calibration and maintenance.

Container Imbalance Detection

Continuously monitors left–right and front–rear weight distribution of the container, detects unbalanced loads, and triggers alarms or protective actions to enhance the safety of lifting operations. 

Initial Hatch-Lock/Container Hang-Up Detection

Quickly identifies minor obstructions or initial-stage hang-up conditions between the spreader and the container. The system triggers protective actions to prevent continued lifting that could cause structural damage or safety incidents. 

Overload Protection and Display

 Provides overload settings, real-time display, and protection functions for total weight and single-rope/single-side weight. Multiple alarm and protection thresholds can be configured according to specific port equipment requirements. 

Upgradeable to an Equipment Management System

The system includes reserved expansion interfaces and can be upgraded into a full equipment management platform, enabling advanced health monitoring and predictive maintenance, including:

  1. Locking Mechanism and Wire-Rope Life  Management
    Establishes life models based on operating conditions, lifting cycles, and load characteristics to predict replacement timing in advance, reducing unexpected failures.
  2. Drive System Abnormality Early Warning
    Identifies abnormal trends in the mechanical drive system through power-analysis data and operational characteristics, issuing early warnings to prevent downtime caused by fatigue or abnormal wear.
  3. Single-Container Energy Consumption Statistics and Efficiency Analysis
    Records energy consumption across different operating modes and container types, providing ports with actionable insights for energy optimization and operational efficiency evaluation.
