The power-analysis-based weighing system responds to overload conditions in less than 1 second, typically stopping the lift within a height of just 0.3 meters. In contrast, traditional load cell systems have a response time of 3–5 seconds, during which the load may rise as much as 1.5 meters. This rapid response greatly enhance the safety and reduce the risk of equipment damage and accidents.
