Anti-Mislifting System Prevents Real Trailer-Lifting Incident in Zhejiang

At 20:00 on December 18, 2025, Celijia's anti-mislifting system on a remotely operated RMG triggered protection in time, preventing a trailer from being lifted with a container.

On December 18, 2025 at 20:00, an anti-mislifting protection event was successfully triggered on a remotely operated rail-mounted gantry crane installed at a port in Zhejiang Province. The system detected the abnormal load signature in real time and immediately stopped the hoist motion, preventing the entire trailer from being lifted together with the container.

The crane was equipped with Celijia's anti-mislifting protection system in May 2024. After data acquisition and commissioning the system was officially put into operation in August 2025. A total of four anti-mislifting units are deployed at this terminal.

The remote operator received the alarm, lowered the container, restored the operation to a safe state and notified on-site personnel for further handling — exactly as the protection logic is designed to behave.
