During quay-crane handling, abnormal events such as container snagging during hoisting, rail interference during landing, container-to-container entanglement and container-to-deck contact occur frequently and threaten operational safety.
By leveraging big-data analytics and advanced AI models on top of the Intelligent Power-Analysis Sensor data stream, the HDC2107C identifies, classifies and mitigates these abnormal loads in real time, allowing the crane control system to intervene before minor anomalies escalate into incidents.
