The HDC2108 leverages the high-precision motor current and voltage stream from the Intelligent Power-Analysis Sensor combined with full-cycle analytics to detect potential faults far earlier than manual inspection or reactive maintenance can.
By identifying abnormal waveform patterns it diagnoses equipment faults and provides early warnings for wire-rope life, twistlock wear, brake-system anomalies and reducer fatigue, enabling proactive spare-parts planning and shorter repair windows.
